OPC: NX MCD "cannot get list of server id"

Hi,

I am trying to connect the Kepserverex, TIA Portal and NX MCD. Kepserver is successfully connected with TIA Portal but on NX MCD side it gives the error "cannot get the list of server id". What should I do to detect this server in NX MCD?
