Automatic vacuum packaging machine selection skills and maintenance
I. Selection of automatic vacuum packaging machine
Generally speaking, a good automatic vacuum packaging machine can have the following points:
1. Materials used for the appearance of the automatic laser marking machine: there are different types of stainless steel and spray-painted stainless steel, and the models of stainless steel are also different. Now the vacuum machine can use 304 steel.
2. The difference in electrical appliances of automatic vacuum packaging machine, good electrical components are not easy to bad, bad electrical components are not the same.
3. The rationality of the link design of each part of the automatic vacuum packaging machine and the degree of precision of installation have a certain impact on a good plastic sachet.
4. The quality of the vacuum pump of the automatic vacuum packaging machine has a certain impact. The quality of the vacuum pump will be reflected in the difference of the operating environment and packaging materials, mainly in the service life of the vacuum pump and the difference in the extraction rate.Vacuum pump maintenance is the main key link, A good vacuum pump is easily broken without maintenance.
If you want the full automatic vacuum packaging machine to have a longer service life, you must pay attention to the maintenance, you can question the following points:
1, Automatic vacuum packaging machine should be in temperature - 10 ℃, 50 ℃, relative humidity is not more than 85%,no corrosive gas in the surrounding air, no dust, no explosive danger in the environment.Like packing machine and shrinking machine, this automatic drink mixing system is powered by 380V three-phase power supply.
2, For the full automatic vacuum packaging machine to ensure that the vacuum pump work normally, vacuum pump motor is not allowed to reverse.Oil level should be checked frequently,, the normal oil level is 1/2 to 3/4 of the oil window (not more than), when there is water in the vacuum pump or oil color becomes black, at this time should be replaced with new oil (generally work for one or two months, with 1# vacuum gasoline or 30# gasoline, oil can also).
3. The impurities filter should be removed and washed frequently (generally, it should be cleaned once every 1-2 months; for example, the cleaning time of packaging debris should be shortened).
4. Open the back cover and add lubricating oil to 30 pairs of sliding parts and switch blocks after 2-3 months of continuous operation, and add lubricating oil to each connection activity on the heating rod according to the use situation.
5. Check the pressure reduction, filtration and oil mist triple connectors 24 frequently to ensure that there is oil (sewing machine oil) in the oil mist and oil cup and there is no water in the filter cup.
6. The heating strip and silicone strip shall be kept clean, and no foreign matter shall be adhered, so as not to affect the sealing quality.
7. The two layers of adhesive paste on the heating rod and under the heating sheet are insulated. In case of any damage, the adhesive paste should be replaced in time to avoid short circuit.
8. The working pressure of the vacuum packaging machine has been set to 0.3mpa, which is suitable for the user's self-provided working air source and inflation air source. Do not adjust it too much without special circumstances.
9, The vacuum packaging machine in the handling process is not allowed to tilt and impact, not to put down the handling.
10. The vacuum packaging machine must be installed with reliable grounding device.
11. Do not put your hands under the heating rod in case of injury. Cut off the power in case of emergency.
12, when the work of ventilation and then power, shut down the power and then cut off.

Hi
I don't think this is the right place for this post as this forum is meant for NX Design related queries.
This can be moved to this forum: General Forum
Export\Import Expression Groups in NX 12
Hello
I have a query while exploring new Expressions Dialog box where we can create groups for expressions to organize them instead of flat list of expressions.
I tried to create expression groups and export them using export option in settings of Expression dialog box
And tried to import them again in different file I discovered that the expressions were imported but the groups were not. All the imported expressions belonged to same default group.
Is there some setting that I am missing while I export and import expressions group along with expressions?
Also attaching images of what i export and what i get when import
Re: Drawing no attribute display while exporting PDF from NX?
No, it was the default DTM ID of that item created by TC. I have a separate drawing no for that item.
Re: Export\Import Expression Groups in NX 12
Hi
You're not missing anything. The information of group belonging only exists inside the expression interface, and not inside the ".exp" file.
However, it's possible to export a group in ".exp" file: right click on a group and select "Export Group" and import them back using .exp file and then drag-drop in desired group.
There are ERs which requests to export/import expressions retaining the groups:
ER# 8279477: support expression groups during export and import of expressions
ER# 8280515: Export & Import Expressions (Groups and Locked Expressions)
Re: Export\Import Expression Groups in NX 12
Hi
Is there some setting that I am missing while I export and import expressions group along with expressions?
Export group will export only expression belonging to that particular group.
In other part, select desired group. make it active and then import expressions.
Re: Scale lot of curves in sketch
When we import dwg files, my rule is to not scale more than ~100 000 at a time, else the RAM will be choked.
( when there are more objects than 100' i repeat the scaling several times making sure i select not much more than 100'.)
But, i use the good old Edit -transform -scale and i would not add any of these curves to a sketch unless i have to....
in this file, i exported the drawing as CGM , Application Modeling, Import the cgm file. ( to get rid of the sketch.)
delete the drawing from the part.
Edit- transform- scale , 0;0;0 , scale factor =5 , OK , Cancel.
51842 objects, the scaling takes maybe 5-6 seconds.
The file attached.

Tomas
Re: Export\Import Expression Groups in NX 12
Hello SamadhanGaikwad
I tried to Export it worked also the .exp file showed the groups
For import I am not able to get the expression in groups properly
could you some how demonstrate your steps for import of expressions along with Groups
Thanks in advance for the workaround.

copy a slot in a diferrent position. (NX12)
Hi,
Somebody knows what command can I use to make a copy of an inclined slot and position it perpendicular to an axis?
Have a look to the file I attach.
Thanks

"Repeat the last used commands" in UI
Hello,
I am configuring the UI for NX12.
What I would like to do, is bring the command "Repeat the last used commands" to the bottom of the UI, but not as a dropdown. The last commands should be side by side.
I think I have seen that somewhere and I find that quite useful.
But I could not find out how to realise that.
Has anyone an idea how to achieve that?
Thanks!!
Best regards,
Thomas
Re: "Repeat the last used commands" in UI
Just found this one.
Maybe I get that work myself :-)
Thanks anyway!
Thomas
Re: "Repeat the last used commands" in UI
Thanks to Mr. John R. Baker, that works just fine :-)

Thomas

Re: Creating a custom parts list template
Thank you for the recommendation. In the instructions, it says to go to file --> utilities --> customer defaults
and then go to drafting --> Annotations tab....however I do not see Annotations tab this as an option? See attached. I dont know where I am going wrong here...

Re: Array attribute mapped to Teamcenter
Hello Ben,
Thank you for answering me and sorry for the late reply.
wrote: wrote:
We'd like to catch them in an attribute mapped with TC (through an NX open routine). Instead of putting everything in a string (and concatenate the note IDs), we wanted to use an array.
Hi
Can you elaborate on the quoted text above?
As you said, the content of the array is based on what the user selects (so the array is not of fixed size and of fixed values). If the array doesn't work, we need to work with a single attribute and handle the multiple values assigned to it with a delimitation (see STANDARD_NOTE_CONCAT of my previous post). Then in Teamcenter, have an automation as well to reassociate the IDs with existing Manufacturing Note Objects (added in the structure).
I'd also like to know more about how you intend to use NX Open with all of this.
The NX Open part is "simply" ( ) to loop through all PMIs (custom symbols) of the part and extract each value which are also the P/Ns of the manufacturing notes. We then check if the values correspond to an existing Manufacturing Note in TC and we finally feed the STANDARD_NOTE* attribute with what was extracted from the Custom Symbol List.
Is it a bit more explicit?
Best regards,
Jonathan
Re: Drawing no attribute display while exporting PDF from NX?
Hi
You need to enter that attribute name manually. I see there are some ER's present already requesting similar functionality, including one to use attribute (in the default dataset name while exporting PDF) as you have asked.
Re: Customize B.O.M
Other simple way to find the needed default in CD is just use "Find Default" button at the top-right of dialog and search it.
